-How do I reset my password?

To reset your password go to the Log in page and click the link "Forgot your password?" as shown in the picture below

-What does ECL mean?

ECL means Error Correction Level, it's used to restore data if the QR code gets dirty or ruined, raising the ECL will inprove the QR code capabilities but it will also draw a bigger pattern.

-I added a logo and my QR code doesn't work anymore

You're probably using the lowest ECL and unfortunately your logo covered some informations, using the Lowest ECL with a logo might work but might also fail, if you switch your ECL to M or a higher one you will solve the problem.

-How do I make a logo?

To make a logo you need to use an image with .png format, add some trasparency around your logo and try to upload, the maximum file size allowed is 1.8 Mb but I suggest you to work on an image size of 140x140, the file will be automatically resized to match the logo standards, if you're having problems with the trasparent background try make it black instead, the platform will fill up the black background as it was transparent.

-I added a photo by I don't see it on my QR code

The photo you upload will not go to your logo, that photo will be in your Vcard with the other informations you shared for your profile page, the user that scans your QR code will be able to save a contact with your photo and that photo will be shown when their phone rings from your call. Remember to scroll down and save after you upload a photo.

-What file format can I upload for my images?

File formats supported are .gif .jpg .jpeg .png
Size must not exceed 1.8Mb

-I used Redirect function but my website doesn't open

When you use the redirect function to point your QR code to a website, make sure to include the http:// or https:// at the beginning of the URL.

-Does Geolocation track my phone?

When you activate Geolocation function you will be asked permission to track your GPS information, your location will be stored once, there will be no further tracking after that.
